Normal Charges to UK Mainland customers

Delivery charges will be calculated automatically and shown at the time you place your order. Charges are as normally follows:

For our purposes, the UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses.

Overseas Orders

Western Europe

For our purposes, Western Europe includes Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Jersey, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and The Vatican City State.

North America and Rest of the World

For our purposes, North America includes the 50 states of the USA and Canada.

For our purposes, Rest of the World includes all countries not listed in the UK, Western Europe or North America. This includes all countries in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, all African countries, Central America, the Caribbean and South America.

Delivery times

Goods are normally despatched within 72 hours. For the UK mainland delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days, although if urgent we can usually guarantee next-day delivery.

Items are usually sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Mail. For urgent or larger orders it may be delivered by courier or 'Signed for' Royal Mail.

For all overseas orders, the delivery charge is for delivery by Airmail.

THERE WILL BE NO ORDERS SHIPPED OUT BETWEEN DECEMBER 23RD 2011 AND JANUARY 3RD 2012.

Payments

All our online payments are processed via Paypal but you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account in order to make your purchase. Paypal will accept payments made by any debit and credit cards apart from American Express.

Gift Messages

We are happy to include a message on one of our postcards with your purchase if it is to be sent as a gift. Please advise us by filling in the 'Message from User' at the checkout.

Trade orders

Please download the Trade Customer Account form in the 'Trade' section, fill it in and fax it back to us on 020 7688 0599. After verifying your references, we can send you price lists, line sheets and further information on our current wholesale ranges and our Trade Terms and Conditions.

Returns

We offer a period of 14 days from purchase for customers to make returns with return postage at the customers expense. We are happy to exchange or offer partial/full refunds on debit/credit card and paypal payments as long as items are returned in perfect condition and unworn/unused. Or, if goods are damaged or faulty we also offer exchanges or refunds once we have received the goods and verified the origin of the problem. Please state the reason for the return of the item.
We do not offer refund for initial postage of items to the customer unless the item is damaged.

Christmas Return Policy
Our normal policy is extended to 28 days from purchase up until January 31st.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and as long as we have not despatched it, we will offer a full refund. Other cancellations wil be dealt with on an ad hoc basis.

Privacy Policy

Payment information: We do not store customer financial details if we take your debit/credit card details for payments via our virtual credit card terminal with paypal which we only use if you wish to make payments over the phone or face to face.
We do not share any of this information with any third parties.

Payments made online are made directly by you through paypal's own secure terminal.

To sign up for an account with Caro, you must enter your personal details (name, address, phone number and e mail address) which are protected by your own password that you can edit at any time. You may contact us at if there are any queries regarding the set up of your account details.
We may e mail or phone you from time to time with any information regarding the progress of your order such as out of stock, delivery times or replacements etc...

We do not share any of these personal details with any third parties operating outside of our website management.
